Uruguay/ Argentina / Brazil . Mitsubishi Delica L300 (Rooftop Tent, 4WD, Campervan, Fully Equipped)

We are looking for new owners of our beloved Mitsubishi L300 Camper Van. The bus combines the spacious luxury of a camper with the strong road capabilities of a 4WD vehicle. You can sleep inside the van (for colder nights or in cities) or in the rooftop tent (for hotter nights or when you're by the beach). Along with having a built-in kitchen, second battery (for morning smoothies!), a strong engine and 4WD capabilities, our camper van has been a great home for us to travel with. Another big advantage is that the authorities react much more positive because of the Dutch plates. We never had any problems or hassle at the borders or with police officers and we have crossed more than 10 borders in the past 9 months.
We'd now like to sell our Van preferably to new Dutch travelers, as the van has Dutch registration and you can change the papers to your name online. We are not Dutch ourselves (we are 2 French guys), so we did a PODER (power of attorney) which is also an option if you are not Dutch and it worked great for us with no hassles.

Time of sale: End of April 2018
Location: Montevideo in Uruguay (or South of Brazil, Buenos Aires)
The van in great condition as we have had great mechanics help make him even stronger and better than when we bought him. We drove him in the mountains of Peru at high altitudes or in the sand dunes of the Guajira desert and he drove smooth everywhere. The 4WD has high and low gear to be able to go up on muddy terrain. Together with the high clearance, this has enabled us to take him off-road to unreachable places or awesome camp spots with confidence. It really is an all-terrain vehicle as we had no problem driving it through muddy jungle, desert, rivers or mountains.
The kitchen includes both a 2-burner stove and food compartment and all cooking utensils. The stove works on a 10kg gas bottle, which lasts around 2 months of every-day use and is easy to refill.
The van has a second battery (100Ah), which is charged by driving, and a 350W inverter. We used this to charge electronics, power lights and power our blender for morning smoothies. This means you never run out of electricity to charge your stuff!
The bed inside the van is 190 x 120cm, and can convert into a couch. The bed inside the rooftop tent is 220 x 140cm and is easily set up in 5 minutes. It´s extremely spacious and comfortable and feels like an extra room. It´s one of the best features of the van as it felt like having a 2-bedroom apartment (and was also amazing in hotter climates as the roof tent is elevated and more exposed to wind). We were also able to travel with friends being 4 people in the van and all have a comfortable place to sleep.
Underneath the couch are 3 storage boxes. The van also has 2 large cupboards for clothes. There is a lot of storage space in all the corners of the bus.
