The end of our trip in South America is near, and it is with sadness that we have to sell our beautiful house on wheels. Our « 4WD combi » as we like to call it, has brought us nearly everywhere, even a lot of dirt roads thanks to his high clearance. Only a few places were still inaccessible without a true 4WD.

My boyfriend and I are planning to travel through South America for 6 months starting in January 2018. We will also have our puppy with us. 

We are looking to buy a Kombi/Combi van preferably one with a shower/toilet system. However, we are open to all camper van style sales. We are just looking for a van that will fulfill our basic needs.

We are moving away from South America and need to part ways with Pave Penny, our 1990 Brazilian VW Kombi Road Warrior! $10,900 USD. 

Selling our 1995 VW Kombi van that we outfitted ourselves to road trip around Ecuador, we finished our trip so now we have to sell it. It is in perfect condition, runs great, with stylish vintage orange and white painting and interior. We built an easy to use fold out bench for seating that becomes a comfortable double bed with custom foam cushion base and storage underneath. It also has a wooden counter area with cabinets, clothing storage, and a custom made roof rack on top of the van. Inverter and accessory battery, LED lights, electric stovetop included.

Our 1990 Volkswagen T2 Bus has been our home as well as transportation on our adventures through South America. Thanks to ‘Lulu’ our beloved home on wheels we have been able to see a large portion of the continent with ease and in comfort. It has been an incredible journey, being able to travel in a van converted into home on wheels. Not to mention super cool doing so in a classic Volkswagen! Unfortunately for us, it is now getting closer to the end of our travels and we must start thinking of leaving South America.

Après 5 mois passés sur la route, nous mettons en vente notre combi T2 VW de 1989. Il est disponible dès maintenant sur Santiago.
Nous l'avons fait passer partout de Santiago à Ushuaïa sur plus de 18000 km autant sur route que sur le ripio (chemin de terre/pierre) sans aucun problème moteur particulier.

It is with heavy hearts that we write it is time for us to sell our Volkswagen Kombi. After receiving quotes from shipping agencies, we learned we won’t be able to ship it back to New Zealand (we would if we could, we absolutely love this car!)

Van Gogh is a 1989 Volkswagen T2, air-cooled Kombi. Purchased in January of this year, we have driven him across South America and he is now looking for his next adventurous driver(s).
