SOLD! 1992 Honda CB 750 (US title, VA plates), March 2015, Panamá or Colón

Want to sell my Nighthawk with US-title in my name and VA-plates for $1,490 or best offer in Panamá City or Colón right now. I just arrived in Panama City after an extraordinary ride on that bike from Leesburg, VA. I started at 14,800 miles and the odometer shows 27,400 miles now. The bike never gave me any trouble and is running great. It has been serviced regularly during the whole trip (new rear tire and chain, both about 9,000 miles). The look suffered a little from the saltwater but the engine runs smoothly as it always did.

Getting rid of a motorcycle in Panama

I've got a pickle that I am hoping someone can help me with. I've driven a 1981 Kawasaki 440ltd as far as Guatemala and am planning to make Panama. At this point since I cannot afford to ship it over, I will need to somehow dispose of it. The bike didn't cost much so I would be willing to even give it away only I am unsure of how to go about doing this with the import visa and all. Is there a way I can give it away or "sell" the bike and still cancel my import visa? Any advice any one could give me would be a huge help.
