we are planning to travel through Colombia, Ecuador and Peru starting in August 2017. Therefore we are looking for a camper van (or any other vehicle to sleep in) for the two of us. Since its still a long time to go we are very flexible with the starting point and the itinerary of our trip. We kind of wanted to check out what the best spot for buying a van is.

So if you already know about selling your vehicle somewhen around August 2017 somewhere in the mentioned countries, we might be your hit ;-)

Hi Guys, Have seen some amazing trips on here and I'm trying to plan mine. I'm in Australia and plan on shipping my Toyota Troopcarrier to as far in South America as I can get (Buenos Aires probably) then driving it up to Alaska if I can. The biggest obstacle apart from the sheer expense is that I can only get a RHD here - apparently an issue in Chile, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. So if anyone is completing the trip of their dreams from North to South America but wants to sell their vehicle or drive it back up for them, I'd be happy to oblige!

We are selling our 1990 (Brazilian made) 1600cl VW Kombi after having travelled all over South America. This is a perfect van for any couple looking to explore this awesome continent, and she is ready to go as soon as you arrive, completely kitted out for any adventure. The body is higher than normal kombis, with a raised chassis allowing for more intrepid exploration.

The Revision technica (MOT) is valid until June 2017. It is insured until January 2018. The permiso de circulación is valid until August 2017. All are easily redone and very cheap.

We are a dutch couple travelling South America and looking for a van or a reliable car to continue our travel.

We are currently in Ecuador and planning to travel down to Patagonia. If possible, we would like to continue our travel by car. We hope to pick up the car Santiago (Chile), but we are quite flexibel in time and location.

Just two months ago this vehicle was made ready for the trip of a lifetime and it’s a gift that we now present to you! Our home for the last 18 months with recent full mechanical overhaul. She is ready to take you all the way from North to South America, she will just have to do it without us, because we recently found out we are pregnant :)
