Help required for how to enter and sell a motorhome in Argentina or Uruguay

Hi everybody, we would be so grateful to get advice by the group's collected intelligence: We are a german-argentinean family with two small kids wanting to travel Argentina, Southern Brazil and Uruguay on our motorhome from end of january until middle of april.
Our questions are:
1. Can we get into Argentina without any plate on the vehicle and get an argentinean plate when getting off the RoRo-ship in Zarate?
2. Where would be the best place to sell the vehicle when leaving the country? I heard of zonas libres like Iquique but if possible, i would prefer to sell it near Buenos Aires. Could Montevideo/Uruguay be the better option?
3. What do we have to consider selling the car and avoiding to pay the customs (aduana) fees? Is 'poder' the option of choice or asking an expert/assessor to evaluate the vehicle on a low value and then pay those approx. 80%? Could it be helpful that my wife still has her argentinean passport (but has been continously living in Germany for the last 10 yrs)?

Thank you so much in advice for your advice/help!

P.S.: We'll be selling the motorhome via this forum in April. So if there's anybody already interested: It's a Peugeot J5 for up to six people in a very good state. Contact me if you want photos or further informations!
