What type of car are you driving?:
Toyota hiace 1990 The best of the best!
Summarize your trip in a couple of sentences:
Well its been over a year now. I start from Squamish, British Colombia in Canada, and I'm now in Chile. I'm solo and been writing a book all along where I could find free and quiet spot to write for few days up to 10 days on the best spot. I never paid a single penny to park and sleep for the entire trip. And most of the time I was away of the tourist track. Just use my intuition or ask locals where I could find a nice spot. It was a wonderful experience, but looking forward to settle for few month on the final goal of my trip. Which is too climb the Pantagonia of Argentina.
Do you have any advice for others who may be considering driving the Americas?:
Learn Spanish as best and as soon as you can. First because you will get less scam, but mainly because it allow us to connect with locals in a much deeper way then just being a tourist with tones of money that want to only see the big highlight of their country.
